All funding products are subject to credit approval, underwriting review, and applicable terms and conditions specific to each product. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.

3. Application Process

When you submit a funding application through our website, you agree to:

• Authorize us to verify the information provided, including but not limited to credit checks, bank statement verification, and business license verification
• Promptly update your information if any changes occur during the application process

4. Funding Terms

If your application is approved, the specific terms of your funding (including amount, repayment schedule, interest rate, fees, and other conditions) will be set forth in a separate Funding Agreement. These Terms & Conditions do not constitute a funding offer or commitment.

5. Fees and Charges

Any fees associated with our funding products will be clearly disclosed in the applicable Funding Agreement. We do not charge application fees for submitting an inquiry through our website. Any origination fees, closing costs, or other charges will be fully disclosed before you enter into a binding agreement.
